WALLET — YOUR LOYALTY AND MEMBER CARDS Wallet feature consolidates all saved loyalty and membership cards in one place, facilitating easy access whenever needed. Additionally, users can conveniently store coupons and stamp cards within the Wallet for quick retrieval.

SERVICES — LOCATIONS FOR AVAILING BENEFITS The Services section of Cardu displays nearby establishments where users can leverage the benefits associated with their cards. Users have the option to utilize benefits either through their physical card or by digitally activating relevant offers.

MESSAGES — INFORMATION UPDATES Users may receive pertinent messages related to their stored cards or program activities. Notifications can also be enabled to ensure timely updates are visible on the device screen.

If desired, users have the ability to customize notification preferences for each card within their Cardu account.

MEMBER CARDS The Member Cards function offers vital information that is easily accessible to cardholders. This information may consist of instructions, news updates, or details regarding upcoming events.

New member cards are typically distributed through the membership roster. Existing Cardu app users will automatically receive new cards in their Wallet upon issuance. Alternatively, users without prior Cardu installation will be prompted to download the app through SMS or email links in order to receive and save their new member card.

Please ensure to save your member card in the Wallet to facilitate quick retrieval and maximize associated benefits.
